Listed below are answers to frequently asked questions regarding order timeframes, payment methods and return policies.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard book orders will take approximately 2-6 business days depending on shipping method.  You may order your items UPS Ground, 2nd Day or Next Day Air.  You may also order media and books only  up to a quantity of 5 via U.S. Postal Service.   USPS is approximately 1-2 weeks.  Books and CD/DVD and entertainment items ship from our distributors warehouses in either Johnson City, Tennessee or Mesquite, Nevada.  Standard Carpentree home furnishings orders ship via UPS or other methods (not U.S. Mail) from their manufacturing plant in Tulsa, Oklahoma in approximately 7-8 business days (excluding peak manufacturing seasons).

How much shipping do I pay on my order?

Prices vary depending upon shipping method and dollar amount of cart.  See shipping chart on shipping information page.  We offer UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air.  Media and books may also be ordered via US Postal Service.  Carpentree home decor orders that are OVERSIZED (over 36.5") are sent via alternate carriers and the shipping charge is $50.00. 

How much sales tax do I pay? 

Nevada residents must pay sales tax of 7.75%.

Can I pay by Credit Card?

Yes.  We can accept your credit card through Paypal.  You can use your Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover Card without being a Paypal member by selecting the Continue button on the left side of the Paypal menu. 

Are there safeguards in place for my credit card information?

Yes.  Our shopping carts are secure.  For more information, please call customer service.

Can I pay by check?

No.  Online orders require a credit card. 

May I use a debit card?

Yes.  Visa or MasterCard debit cards are accepted.

What is your return policy?

Authorization to return defective, damaged, or incorrect items can be obtained by emailing our Customer Service Department at customerservice@ambassadorchristianbookstore.com.  Any incorrect CD's, DVD's or video's must be in resellable condition (unopened).  Once a return has been approved, a return authorization form, including instructions and a return authorization number, will be sent to you.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable items per our distributor STL Distribution.  Any of these items returned to us will be sent back to you at your expense.

Seasonal Items

Deadlines for seasonal product returns are as follows:

• Easter - May 1
• Graduation - August 15
• Christmas - February 1

Home Decor (Carpentree) Return Policy:

Must notify via email at customerservice@ambassadorchristianbookstore.com within 9 days of receipt of any damaged or defective product, or any other discrepancy.  IMPORTANT:  Do not destroy shipping cartons until advised as to how to proceed.   All returns will be inpsected upon receipt at warehouse and full credit, partial credit, or replacement will be issued based upon condition of returned goods.   A restocking fee of 20% will be assessed for unjustified or unauthorized returns.  Credits must be redeemed for Carpentree merchandise within one year of issue date.
